<image:title>About - My love for fitness and horses</image:title>
<image:caption>My love for horses started at an early age. I started riding when I was five and was lucky enough to get my own pony at nine. I originally wanted to be a show jumper but after many, many, falls off my first pony who clearly wasn’t a fan of jumping, I decided it wasn’t for me. I had two other lovely ponies growing up, nothing flashy or suited for a specific job. But I had so much fun with them doing everything from beach rides to bareback cross country. After deciding jumping wasn’t my thing, I started watching a lot of dressage and completely fell in love with it. And at sixteen I got my first dressage horse, a five-year-old warmblood mare that was way too much horse for me at the time. After a couple of years of getting to know each other, I have produced her from novice to advanced medium.</image:caption>

      <image:title>About - Meet Lucy</image:title>
<image:caption>My name is Lucy Hamilton-Liller and I am a personal trainer, nutrition coach and dressage rider based in Northumberland in the UK. I decided to create CORE Rider Fitness after working with multiple personal trainers myself, and realising there is very little out there fitness wise specifically for equestrians. I am combining my knowledge and my passion for riding, and personal training to create tailored programmes both in person and online to help you get the most out of your riding. Feel the benefits in the saddle and notice the improvements in your results.</image:caption>

<image:title>Testimonials - “At the start of 2022 I started to use Lucy as my personal trainer because I wanted to improve my general fitness for riding. I chose Lucy because of her expertise around horse riding fitness, it made her unique to anyone else. As a result of the guidance which Lucy gave me, I have seen a great improvement in my posture and balance- who knew rider fitness could make such a difference?! I will be continuing to develop my fitness and would recommend her to anyone looking to improve their riding and general fitness.”</image:title>
